The Wage & Hour Defense Institute is pleased to present the latest installment of its webinar series entitled "Quarterly Update on Developments in Wage & Hour Law." The next program is scheduled for May 22, 2013, beginning at 12:00 p.m. EST, and will be presented by WHDI member attorneys Jason Reisman of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP (Philadelphia, PA), Carol Bernick of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (Portland, OR), Al Vreeland of Lehr Middlebrooks & Vreeland, P.C. (Birmingham, AL), and Joe Tilson of Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson LLP (Chicago, IL). Following a 45-50 minute presentation that will cover a pair of FLSA cases on the U.S. Supreme Court’s docket and other recent developments in this rapidly evolving area of the law, the panelists will field questions from the audience.
